Cube House is a 150 to 250 sqm house concept, which is based on a cube with cutouts. The architecture leads to a strong presence of the villa in it’s surroundings. The cutouts in the cube create entries to the garden and the terrace and mark the entrance of the villa at street side. The layouts are organized in different floor levels, so place definition is created with the minimum amount of walls.

Central placed in the villa are the stairs and shaft for the technical infrastructure. All living areas on ground floor and the first floor are organized around this central core. Upstairs The master bedroom has a privat bathroom the other rooms share a bathroom. Downstairs the kitchen, the dining room, the living room and the study are in open connection with each other.
